This house is located on a large seafront plot, with direct access to the rocks and a constant relationship with the Mediterranean landscape. The project adopts an architectural language of clear classical inspiration, based on proportion, symmetry and constructive solidity, developed with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
The layout takes advantage of the topography to organise the house across different levels, ensuring open sea views and a fluid connection between interior and exterior spaces. In response to the complexity of the site and the residential programme, a vehicle lift is incorporated, resolving vehicular access in an efficient and discreet way.
Noble materials and durable construction solutions define a house conceived for the long-term enjoyment of its surroundings. The architecture brings together technique, comfort and landscape through a serene approach consistent with its setting.
With the arrival of a new owner in 2024, a new layout was developed in accordance with the client’s needs, integrating certain spaces to create a more open and fluid interior architecture.
