House in Cala d’Or

New single-family house where the architecture is expressed through clarity, proportion and a direct relationship with the sea.
The project is built from pure and horizontal volumes, opened by large glazed planes that dilute the boundary between inside and outside. The spaces are organized in a fluid way, prioritizing the views, the light and the continuity towards the terraces and the swimming pool.
A white, serene and precise architecture, in accordance with the particular ordinances of Cala d’Or, where the materiality and the scale allow the environment – the sea, the vegetation and the light – to be the real protagonist.
