Proposal for the complete renovation of a single-family house and swimming pool, aimed at updating the property through a contemporary approach.
The project reorganises the existing layout, improving functionality and its relationship with outdoor spaces, while enhancing the connection to living areas and the pool. The design seeks to clarify the volumes, remove added elements and provide a more coherent and updated image.
The intervention introduces a cleaner and more precise material palette, incorporating new outdoor spaces —porches and shaded areas— that enhance seasonal use and overall living quality.
