It successfully addresses the challenge of integrating a single-family home between modular townhouses within a traditional urban fabric, on an extremely narrow, irregular lot with a steep slope. The project utilizes prefabricated concrete by Modular Home as a tool for precision and technical control, addressing the geometric complexity through a vertical layout that optimizes every available meter. On an urban level, the proposal reinterprets the local vernacular language through high-tech processes and materials, seeking respectful integration with the adjoining walls and the scale of the Pla’s surroundings. The result is a contemporary and understated home where construction innovation, sustainability, and tradition interact in perfect architectural harmony, creating an efficient and fully integrated space.
