LC Reform

Complete renovation of a house located in the center of Palma. The project proposes a complete reorganization of the interior space to adapt it to a contemporary lifestyle, prioritizing spatial clarity, natural light and fluid circulation between rooms.

The new distribution bets on open and well connected spaces, where kitchen, dining room and living room are related by means of light elements that allow to organize without compartmentalizing. The intervention is based on a restrained palette of noble materials, custom carpentry and carefully integrated lighting.

The result is a calm and balanced urban home, conceived as a comfortable and efficient retreat, where design and technical expertise come together to renew an existing dwelling.
