Comprehensive renovation and reorganisation project for a beach hotel in Paguera. The preliminary design proposes a complete modernisation of the building, enlarging the rooms through the incorporation of a new structural bay that significantly improves their dimensions and spatial quality, particularly by allowing the inclusion of a sitting area in every room.
Space is opened up at the entrance, creating a double-height pedestrian access with views towards both sides of the complex The intervention reorganises the hotel’s internal functioning, centralises services and redefines a new entrance in line with current standards, providing a comprehensive response to a building that had become obsolete both functionally and spatially.
