This project involves a complex of four attached single-family homes constructed using an advanced modular system of precast concrete elements. Designed in collaboration with architects Francisco Salvá and Pilar Morell, the project embraces a rational and repeatable architectural approach that optimizes construction timelines and quality control without sacrificing contemporary spatial clarity. With the structure and building envelope provided by Modular Home, the homes are laid out over two stories with a flat, accessible roof. All feature a front yard that acts as a buffer from the street, while three of them include a backyard and two have private pools. This highly efficient, durable, and low-maintenance design demonstrates the extensive capabilities of today’s industrialized residential design.
