New-build single-family house that reinterprets traditional Mallorcan architecture through a contemporary approach, with special attention to scale, materiality and its relationship with the surroundings.

The project is composed of simple volumes and balanced proportions, where natural stone, lime-based renders and pitched roofs create an image consistent with the landscape and local building tradition.

Openings are carefully proportioned, and the layout promotes a fluid relationship between interior and exterior, prioritising natural light and comfort. The result is a calm, timeless architecture deeply connected to its context.
