New-build single-family house with swimming pool, conceived to integrate with the landscape and the traditional architecture of Es Pla.

The project combines a structure based on a modular system with a materiality rooted in the site, incorporating stone, lime mortar and traditional construction solutions. This duality makes it possible to optimize the construction process without renouncing a timeless architectural expression.

The volumetry is fragmented into pieces that reinterpret the logic of rural Mallorcan architecture, generating patios, porches and paths that articulate interior and exterior life. The complex sits naturally on the terrain, seeking a respectful and coherent implantation with the environment.
