Renovation of an existing house with great character, defined by its singular geometry and by a sequence of spaces arranged around courtyards and porches.
The project enhances the original configuration, strengthening its relationship with an exceptional natural setting and reinforcing outdoor living as a direct extension of the house. The intervention seeks to organise, refine and give continuity to the spaces, respecting their identity while improving their functionality.
The architecture is grounded in a Mediterranean material palette —lime renders, timber joinery and mineral flooring— that unifies the whole and engages in dialogue with the landscape. Light, circulation and intermediate spaces become the true protagonists.
