This holiday home is located in a residential development in the municipality of Es Mercadal, Menorca, and is built using a fully modular prefabricated concrete system. From the outset, the client’s brief called for a prefabricated house, understood as an efficient, controlled, and contemporary construction approach.

The project enriches the initial volume by adding new elements built with the same prefabricated system, allowing for greater spatial complexity while maintaining constructive coherence. This strategy results in a clear and orderly architecture, where each component follows a precise logic.

The house is conceived as a functional and light-filled summer retreat, closely connected to outdoor spaces and shaded areas. The result is a sober and well-defined home, where industrialized construction supports spatial quality and Mediterranean living.
