This project stands out as a multifunctional building originally designed as a corporate office headquarters in collaboration with the architectural firm García Gallardo and later converted into a leisure and casino complex. The original structure consisted of three separate blocks, which were unified during the subsequent renovation and expansion carried out by architect Fernando Salvá in 2017 through an imposing, sculptural central circular staircase made of exposed concrete. Its architecture combines structural lightness and the transparency of glass with an upper envelope in shades of red, giving the complex a strong urban identity. The two-level layout, connected by walkways and open staircases, allows for an open, unobstructed flow of movement and great functional versatility, enabling administrative work and social activities to coexist harmoniously around a dynamic central void.
