This project stands out as a new multi-family building complex situated between party walls in El Terreno, which also includes the complete development of the street and the provision of urban services. The complex houses high-end residences —two duplexes with gardens and a penthouse—and addresses the challenge of designing a structure that, in the absence of existing adjacent buildings, functions visually and independently as a standalone unit. Currently under construction, the structure and building envelope are entirely built using a high-precision, industrialized laminated wood construction system. This bold technological commitment results in a residential building with maximum sustainability, optimizing quality control, reducing the carbon footprint, and ensuring extremely high energy efficiency both during construction and in future maintenance.
