Large-scale commercial building designed to accommodate the Eroski and Decathlon retail units in Palma.
The project is resolved through a warehouse-type structure in prefabricated concrete, optimised for large spans and maximum construction efficiency. The programme is organised in a clear and functional way, prioritising flexibility of use and the operability of the commercial spaces.
Formally, the building is defined by a large white volume, complemented by two large canopies finished in coloured synthetic material that mark the entrances to the premises.
The curved geometry responds to the complexity of the plot, which has an irregular shape and access from two streets.
The building incorporates rooftop parking, complemented by outdoor parking areas, addressing the high demand associated with this type of facility.
This is a practical intervention, where priority is given to efficiency, economy and capacity, responding to a large-scale commercial programme.
