It is envisioned as a high-end private sports facility, designed in collaboration with architect Pilar Morell. Conceived with a strong emphasis on blending into the landscape of the Mallorcan dryland environment, the complex adopts a horizontal scale that sits respectfully within the terrain. The use of natural stone, mineral finishes, and earthy tones pays homage to the island’s building traditions. Its functional layout features a fragmented arrangement of racquet courts, pool areas, a spa, fitness rooms, and a standalone restaurant, all connected by porches and outdoor walkways that blur the boundaries with the surrounding landscape. During its development, the architecture was refined to optimize the property’s business plan, resulting in a fully approved proposal that balances maximum operational efficiency with a restrained, coherent, and elegant design.
