High-end sports complex

The project is conceived as a high-end private sports facility, with a strong local vocation and a strong landscape integration in the Mallorcan dry land environment. The architecture adopts a contained and horizontal scale, seeking to be part of the territory rather than to impose itself on it.

The use of local materials plays a fundamental role: natural stone, mineral finishes and earthy tones rooted in the island’s traditional construction, reinforcing a sober and timeless identity.

The program envisages a complete sports center, with special emphasis on the racquet sports courts, organized as the functional core of the project. Around it are the swimming pool area, an independent restaurant, fitness rooms, spa and wellness areas, as well as the complementary areas necessary for its proper functioning.

The project is articulated through a series of fragmented volumes, connected by porches and exterior routes that favor a continuous relationship between architecture, landscape and user. Vegetation and shading elements contribute to blurring the boundaries between indoors and outdoors.

During development, the project was redefined to respond to a new business plan, and it is this revised version that ultimately received planning approval, consolidating a coherent and efficient sports facility.
