Comprehensive renovation of a residential property over one hundred years old, located in the historic centre of Felanitx, at the boundary between the village fabric and the Mallorcan countryside. The house sits directly on the rocky hillside, a condition that strongly shapes both the architecture and the interior spatial experience.

During the works, a hidden Civil War shelter was discovered beneath the house and subsequently integrated into the ground-floor bedroom as an active part of the project. The presence of natural rock emerges throughout the interior, reinforcing the direct relationship between building and terrain.

Original noble materials are preserved and reinterpreted, reusing marés stone from collapsed volumes as interior furniture. The different construction phases remain visible, revealing the layers of time and transforming the house into a calm domestic retreat, where memory, materiality and contemporary living coexist naturally.
