In the heart of Fornalutx, within the Serra de Tramuntana, this project involves the rehabilitation of a traditional house originally formed by two independent buildings. The intervention unifies both structures internally, completely redefining the architectural layout so they function as a single, coherent contemporary home.

The new spatial organization creates a fluid sequence of spaces adapted to modern living while preserving the character of the place. This transformation required a deep understanding of the existing construction and a careful technical approach, essential to integrate different structures, levels, and building systems into a unified whole.

The design relies on noble materials and precise detailing, reflecting the understated luxury of the mountain context. Stone, wood, and natural textures shape a warm and timeless atmosphere, where tradition and innovation coexist in balance.
