CASA IX

Located in Es Molinar, just a short walk from the beach and in a low-density residential area, this house is conceived as a high-quality retreat closely linked to the Mediterranean lifestyle. The project combines the legalization of an existing building with a full renovation, introducing noble materials and local elements while respecting the original context.

The intervention required addressing a series of complex technical challenges inherent to working with an existing structure. These were resolved through careful planning, technical expertise, and precise construction detailing, allowing the project to evolve without compromising spatial ambition or architectural quality.

The interiors are redefined as generous and light-filled spaces with a strong connection to the outdoors. The result is a calm and timeless home, where technical rigor and attention to detail support a refined and understated way of living.
