Restoration of an old manor house into a boutique hotel

Palma de Mallorca

2011

Renovation of a former manor house in Palma for its transformation into a boutique hotel.
The project recovers the original architecture, highlighting the historic elements —arches, courtyards, stone walls and timber beams— and adapting them to a new hospitality use. The introduction of a new staircase makes it possible to reorganise the circulation and reinforce the spatial reading of the whole.
The intervention establishes a clear and contemporary layout, in which the common areas are arranged around the courtyard as the core of the complex.
The project combines respect for heritage with new architectural intervention, creating a warm and carefully considered atmosphere where tradition and comfort coexist naturally.
