The project is conceived through a clear and forceful architecture that opens deliberately towards the sea to capture the views and Mediterranean light. The volumetric composition and the arrangement of the interior spaces prioritise the visual relationship with the landscape, creating generous, bright rooms connected to the exterior. The large cantilevered volume of the main bedroom is the building’s most distinctive feature. Restrained materials and precise construction solutions reinforce the contemporary character of the house.
