Residential development in El Terreno that includes not only the building itself but also the complete urbanisation of the street and the provision of services. The project comprises high-end apartments—two duplex units with gardens and a penthouse—and addresses the challenge of designing a party-wall building that, due to the current absence of neighbouring constructions, operates visually and spatially as a freestanding volume.

During construction, both the structure and the building envelope are entirely executed in laminated timber, adopting a high-precision construction system. The result is a set of homes with outstanding sustainability and efficiency, both in execution and long-term maintenance.
