A group of terraced single-family houses built using a modular system of prefabricated concrete elements. The project is committed to a rational and repeatable architecture, optimizing construction processes and quality control without sacrificing spatial clarity or a contemporary image. The industrialized system reduces construction time and guarantees high levels of efficiency, durability and ease of maintenance in the long term.
The houses are built on the first floor and first floor, with a flat roof that can be walked on. All of them have an access garden that separates them from the street, and three of them also have a back garden; two of the houses also have their own private swimming pool.
