Located next to the historic center of a town in the Pla region of Mallorca, this house addresses the dual challenge of inserting a modular construction system into a traditional urban fabric while adapting it to an extremely narrow, irregular plot with a pronounced slope. Rather than treating prefabrication as a constraint, the project uses it as a tool for precision and control.

The prefabricated concrete system is carefully adapted to the site’s geometric complexity through a clear vertical organization, capable of absorbing the level differences and optimizing every available meter. This approach requires a high level of technical definition to reconcile modularity, structure, and spatial quality.

At an urban scale, the house reinterprets local vernacular language through high-tech materials and processes, ensuring a respectful integration with party walls and the surrounding context. The result is a sober contemporary home where construction innovation and tradition coexist seamlessly.
