The project is conceived through ordered repetition and volumetric clarity, seeking a unified and timeless image. The arrangement of the volumes gives character to the central void, turning it into the true heart of the complex and encouraging its use as a space for social interaction.
The exterior envelope is resolved through a ventilated stone façade, an innovative solution that improves the thermal performance of the dwellings.
The homes open to the outside through terraces and large openings, enhancing natural light and strengthening the connection with the communal areas. The proposal combines efficiency, functionality and spatial quality.
