New-build single-family house in Establiments, conceived as a reinterpretation of traditional Mallorcan architecture.
The project revisits the logic of the possessió —compact volume, stone walls and protected outdoor spaces— and adapts it to a contemporary way of living, prioritising local materials, thermal inertia and a close relationship with the landscape. The interiors are developed through a contemporary language, integrating current construction technology as part of the design.
