AAP Reform

Comprehensive renovation of an original residential property located in the Santa Catalina district of Palma. The project focuses on a complete reorganization of the interior spaces to accommodate a contemporary way of living, prioritizing spatial clarity, functionality, and natural light.

The new layout proposes open and well-connected spaces, where kitchen, dining, and living areas are articulated through lightweight elements that allow separation without full compartmentalization. The design relies on a restrained selection of noble materials, bespoke joinery, and precisely integrated lighting.

The result is a calm and balanced home, where design and technical expertise work together to transform an existing house into a comfortable and efficient urban retreat.
