Rustic house of new construction in Sencelles. New rural house in Algaida. The project is laid out extensively across the site, deliberately seeking optimal views, sunlight, and high spatial quality. The house is composed through an aggregation of volumes that reinterpret the constructive logic of traditional possessió houses, historically capable of growing organically over time.
A taller central volume structures the whole and contains the main living-dining-kitchen space, where the kitchen is conceived as the true heart of the home: a place for daily life and social interaction, strongly connected to the outdoors. The night areas are arranged around this core, ensuring privacy while maintaining visual and landscape continuity. The project is designed in phases, allowing for the future addition of a barbecue and outdoor service volume, as well as the full landscaping strategy, ensuring a complete integration into the surrounding agricultural landscape.
