The project combines a structure based on a modular system<\/strong> with a materiality rooted in the site, incorporating stone, lime mortar and traditional construction solutions. The volumetry is fragmented into pieces that reinterpret the logic of rural Mallorcan architecture, generating patios, porches and paths that articulate interior and exterior life.
